Job Summary

JK Williams Contracting, a Civil Construction company, is seeking an experienced Posi Track Operator to join our construction crew.

JK Williams Group is a well-established and highly regarded Tier 2 Civil Construction company situated in Western Sydney. You will work on civil construction sites throughout the Sydney Metropolitan area.

About you

• Construction Industry Induction Card.
• Proven experience operating a Skidsteer / Posi Track, ideally 3+ years.
• Current Skidsteer SOA and VOC. Current VOCs on other plant is also beneficial.
• Ideally a current HR truck licence.
• Ability to operate plant plus labour when required.
• Experience in bulk earthworks; road construction and working around services.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong planning, organising and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised.
• Ability to work cooperatively as a team member.
• Strong commitment to Company policy and procedures.
• An understanding of and commitment to Quality, WHS and Environmental Management.
