Job Summary

 

We are seeking an Administration Officer to work primarily within our growing Finance Team but with exposure to all aspects of the business.

About the role

 

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role is genuinely multi-faceted comprising key administration and accounts payable roles that support the entire business. The role will be different day by day depending on the needs of the business and is well suited to someone who thrives on variety and working in a fast paced fun environment.

 

Some of the key accountabilities are:

 

  • Answering the main office phone & ad-hoc reception duties.
  • Responsibility for maintaining office suppliers including stationary & groceries.
  • Maintaining office equipment including printers, photocopies & coffee machines.
  • Accounts payable duties.
  • Organising travel & accommodation for project teams.
  • General data entry tasks.
  • Finance team support.
  • General administration duties .

About you

 

You will need to display great attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be quick at learning new systems and processes.  Ideally, you will be a highly self-motivated individual who thrives on working with autonomy and is capable of taking responsibility for your own work.

 

 

What you bring

 

  • Experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Ability to effectively plan and prioritise tasks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in excel, word and outlook.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Qualification in business or administration desirable but not required .
