The Opportunity

Situated in Western Sydney, JK Williams is a well-respected civil construction business seeking an experienced and commercially astute Supervisor to manage our Pipe Laying Crew. Must have proven industry success and understand that the modern Civil Supervisor must be commercially astute, program savvy and technologically capable.

About you

Core Capabilities

• Proven Supervisory and Leadership skills.
• Proven experience in a comparable position laying Stormwater pipe, Agline and Electrical conduits.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Sub-contractor Management capabilities.
• Computer Literacy.
• Written and verbal communication.
• Commercial acumen, problem-solving & analytical thinking.
• Workload management to meet Program deadlines.
• WHSE Implementation.
• Relevant trade qualification (desirable).
