We are seeking a Workshop Administrator with proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the Civil Construction industry.

About the role

We are seeking a Workshop Administrator to join our team based in Penrith.  This role will assist with liaising between our internal and external stakeholders and will support the day to day needs within our workshop.

Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Monthly reporting to the Maintenance Admin team.
  • Manage and control datafuel database system.
  • Control of vehicle registration process across a large fleet of company vehicles.
  • Attend Service NSW with documentation to enable timely registration or changes to registration of any vehicle.
  • Develop and implement systems and procedures to support effective department organisation .
  • Conduct audits to ensure all plant and machines are covered by appropriate service schedules.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data entry and document control.

 

About you

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Civil Construction.  Excellent attention to detail is required as sound knowledge and understanding of earthmoving plants and associated equipment will be advantageous.  This is a busy role that requires a can-do attitude and the ability to multi-task and manage your time effectively in a fast paced environment.
